Events
The Memorial Hall is an active community venue in the centre of Petts Wood, Orpington, Bromley, hosting a variety of events, functions and activities.
This page has a diary by month of events, functions and gatherings of local clubs, groups and societies. Many are open so come along and join in with dancing, listen to interesting talks, play games, take in one of the many art exhibitions, markets, jumble sales, and fairs (make a note now: May Fayre 3 May 2010) or simply come along for a cup of tea or coffee; there's something for everyone!

Raising funds for the Sentinel Node Analyser² appeal for the Chartwell Breast unit at Princess Royal University Hospital.

2. A Sentinel Node Analyser is a piece of medical equipment that costs about £60,000 but will change the way that women are treated when faced with breast cancer – it will mean the difference between a two week wait for results and further radical surgery compared to immediate results and one surgery only to completely remove all cancerous cells. We hope to raise between £1,000 and £2,000 on the evening.
